Another in my animated women series. Drawn in painter using a tablet in about 4 hours
A very iconic character who has worn many outfits throughout the years. I looked through all the images of her and tried to start with the outfit that is most associated with her. I then altered it to make it fit into my style more by adding all the ruffles. In the end I find that it looks very valentine dayish.
