another in my animated women series, Cheetara from the Thundercats
I had a bit of trouble at first figuring out how I wanted to make her dress. In the show she is wearing orange tights on the bottom and I did not just want to add an orange ruffle skirt to represent that. I also felt that ruffle would not work for a warrior like her. In the end I thought up the idea of making her skirt look like layered animal pelts. Although at the time I fist did this drawing I did not know that they had created a new Thundercats cartoon and she had a different look in it I probably would have still chose the original style because it is the one I grew up with.

Are you going to do one based on the Cheetara from the new Thundercats? This Cheetara looks very much like the original and i think it would be cool if you did the new design, or put the old and new designs of Cheetara back to back in these cool dresses you do.
