Tickled Pink

Another in my series of animated women, Tickled Pink from Rainbow Brite. Drawn in Painter in about 3 hours.
I've been wanting to make a dress with stripes down it for awhile and was finally able to do it. I took liberties on her outfit but kept to the color scheme and some elements such as her hair. At the last minute I decided to add some freckles to her. I wasn't sure what to do with the background, I first I was trying to make it look like star burst but it ended up looking a bit like brambles. I went with the bright green for the background because I thought it was a nice contrast to the pink.
