This is David Tennant in his role as Doctor Who. I worked on it some more and tryed to fix his features. In all I worked about 5 hours on it.

Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactFirst of all, major kudos to you for drawing this actor. His face appears simple, but boy is it complicated to get down correctly and to make him recognizable.
I love the delicate feel to this, (the facial features) but also the harsh boldness (the hair and shirt) you mixed in as well. I also love the fact that you did allow his cheek areas to shine, rather than drawing lines and giving it that cartoon effect.
The lips are borderline realistic. Excellent job on the shirt! It's not easy drawing material, especially when that material has patterns.
Proportionally, everything looks accurate, but with one exception. The right pupil is smaller than the left, so I'd suggest taking away some of the darkness and matching them in size.
Overall, excellent job! Keep up the good work!
